Birdshot Withdraw and Refund  Policy

      The TD must be contacted by phone or email to be officially withdrawn. These have a date and time stamp.

      Your entry fee will be refunded in full if you cancel 48 hours before tournament begins (Thursday 9:00 am)
       Your entry fee will  be 50% refunded if you cancel 24 hours before tournament begins (Friday 9:00 am)
Your entry fee will not be refunded at all if you cancel less than 24 hours before tournament begins (after Friday 9:00 am)
