Maintenance of Teebox to Basket Spreadsheet

          Teebox:

               1.   Keep it level. Build it up slightly if possible to keep water off of it

               2.   Keep Teebox marker in good shape with basket distance and

teebox number on the teebox marker. It will usually be a post, sign, or inlay.

               3.   Have the front line of the teebox marked. If possible, the sides of the

teebox also. The recommended  dimensions of a teebox are 6 feet in front,

going back 9 feet, flaring out to 10 feet wide.

               4.   Please do not make any radical upgrades without the permission of the

person in charge of the course.

Email this website webmaster and your upgrade will be permitted or

                   denied with a reply.

              Fairway:

Keep trees trimmed to where there is a line from the top of the basket

to the ground. Keep bushes trimmed that grow around trees.

Use your judgement on free standing bushes.

             Baskets:

Baskets should have the number of the basket on the pole or upper

band if applicable. If there are two sets of chains, there should be two

separate rings connecting the set of chains together. If there is a ring

missing, you can use heavy gauge wire to run through the chain loops

and crimp closed. If there is only one set  of chains, consider the purchase

of another set of chains to be installed on the basket. If you are not sure

how to proceed, contact the webmaster on instructions.

Also look for bolts missing on the basket pole.
